WORKERS' COMPENSATION BENEFITS

If you are injured at work, report it to your supervisors as soon as possible, ask to fill out a DWC-1, and go to a doctor to be checked out.

There are five basic benefits in workers’ comp:

1) Medical Care,

2) Temporary Disability Benefits,

3) Permanent Disability,

4) Supplemental Job Displacement Benefit/Return to Work Voucher, and

5) Death Benefits.

Not every person and every case qualifies for all the benefits listed above.  There is no "pain and suffering" in workers' comp, that's for personal injury.  We can help you with the other benefits if you qualify.

To find out what benefits you are entitled to after your work injury, make an appointment for a free consultation with one of the attorneys at Redula & Redula LLP.
