CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME

Do you have carpal tunnel syndrome because of years of working on a computer or repetitive movements?  Do you have a workers comp claim, but do not know what benefits you are entitled to?

You may have a cumulative trauma injury (repetitive injury), if you have been injured from your computer work over time.  Not all work injuries happen in one day.  We have had clients who suffered from carpal tunnel syndrome from cutting broccoli in the fields, the repetitive movement injured their wrists.

If you have a doctor who believes you have carpal tunnel syndrome, ask your doctor if they think you got injured because of work.  If your doctor believes your injury is from work, fill out a DWC-1 and present it to your employer.  Ask to see your work clinic and see if you qualify for treatment.

Call Redula & Redula LLP for a free consultation to find out what benefits you qualify for and how you can receive those benefits.
