Vic R Redula, Sr. started the firm in Salinas as a solo practitioner in 1991 after a career in OSHA.  Brenda Carpio, our Hearing Representative, joined in 1993.  Jason K Redula joined the firm in 2005.  Vic and Jason became law partners in 2012 and Redula and Redula LLP opened.  Vanessa Bonifacio-Redula joined the firm in 2015.  Jason and Vanessa opened a new office in Capitola in 2024.  ​​
